I believe that when you win an auction or commit to buy you should either make immediate payment or at least contact the seller to let them know when you intend to make payment. I also believe that everyone should be on top of the feedback situation, when you recieve an item leave feedback asap. I believe that as a buyer you deserve to have your item shipped as soon as possible.

I typically use the least expensive method available unless a customer requests something faster and is willing to pay the difference. I typically ship the same day or at least the very next business day.

I do not take returns unless there is a special circumstance.
