We ship within 3 business days (usually faster) of receiving payment. We ship using either Express Mail Service (EMS) or Registered Air Parcel - please see individual product descriptions for the specified method. Delivery time is either 3-5 business days with EMS and 10-14 business days with Registered Air Parcel. We ship to your PayPal primary address. If you would like to ship the item to an alternate address, you MUST specify the alternate address in the NOTE section when you complete payment. Buyers pay all shipping and handling fees and are responsible for any customs fees or VAT. We combine shipping, so buy more to save on shipping fees!

If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. Most of the products we sell come with a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty (but please check the listing to be sure). If your product doesn't work, simply email us (plumdeal@gmail.com) and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number - we'll set up the return. And if you just don't like your product, contact us within 14 days from the date you receive the product for a refund. We will not accept returns without an RMA clearly written on the outside of the returned parcel.
