I'm a Gothic Artist based at my studios in North Wales where I specialise in designing and making Gothic Art Glass and Jewellery and have been doing so for many years now. I'm also very happy to do commissions to your design or mine!

I accept PayPal (preferred), personal cheque and postal order ~ cheques will need to be cleared before items are made/sent out so please add an extra 7 to 10 days to the estimated delivery times if paying this way. Sorry I am unable to take credit cards over the phone at this time.

Please see my individual listings for specific info - All glass now has to go via Royal Mail and is priced accordingly. I charge 50p per order for packaging materials and handling etc in addition to the actual delivery costs; this charge includes ammounts levied by paypal for recieving the postage costs. I use recycled packaging wherever possible to protect our enviroment and reduce buyer costs. If at any time I can deliver to you CHEAPER than the price paid I will refund you the difference!

On my handmade items, as they are made specifically to your order, I am unable to accept returns, but for the complimentary items and other stuff (not made to order) returns are accepted but buyer is liable for ALL postal charges (both to and fro) UNLESS item is faulty/significantly not as described/pictured in which case I will gladly replace/refund accordingly.
