Hi I purchased 3 of the extra llarge cases and before I got to the airport one had broken as the wheels were totally useless. Of the ithers one more has now broken and the third is also not usable as it is very unstable. I would like to find out about getting a refund for this purchase. michele.thorns@sage.com

Hi I purchased a Extra Large 33 Inch Wheeled Holdall Trolley Case Suitcase Travel Luggage Bag. Your delivery and service was first rate but the bag is useless. I urge you not to sell any more and hop ethis feedback will help you. The zip failed on first close and I had to strap the bag up. The three wheels are totally useless and the bag rocked from side to side until it fell over after a few meters and so the edges were totally worn through before I had got out of Munich Airport on my first trip. Everyone in my party thought it very funny bar me! Anyone reading this - my personal advice is do not buy this particular bag! Kind Regards Pete
