I live a hectic lifestyle, but i am happy most when i am busy. I have a husband and 2 young boys (so that makes 3 in total). I work as a clerk when i am not doing this or sleeping.

Tupperware from the U.S. mainly, but i try to source other stuff as well, other hard to buy stuff I come across.

I think tupperware is great, but in Australia, we get the short end of the stick. There are so many different products out there that they don't offer us locally. Why not? Why shouldn't we have something nice, different, well priced with good service and great combined postage, delivered to your door, without high pressure sales. If you buy over 1kg, it really gets cost effective, so ask me to combine your postage or recommend lines to make it worthwhile. I think Tupperware makes great gifts. Often it is soemthing people won't spend the money on for themselves, but if they had it, would use it regularly, keep it forever and value it. Here is my tip if you have to go to a party and feel like you have to buy something: buy the vegie peeler. always a great item, cheap (for an item you feel guilted into) and it will alleviate the guilt. You won't go back to a non-genuine one. They won't try and sell it to you, because they want you to spend more money than that...

In my life I have am a clerk in the back office of a supermarket.I get to deal with the reps and staff. I like greeting customers in the store and helping them find the stuff they are looking for (not the wives that they have inevitably lost). Have been accused of being able to sell ice to eskimos. Yup. I like to help out in the community and love garage sales and swap meets

Bank deposit is my favourite within Australia. Customers don't seem to realise the costs of instant types of payment, and although ebay make that easy (because it is their company), it is not to the benefit of the seller. Some bank deposits take from 3 hours to clear, but most go overnight, depending on your bank. Mine is great. processes money 4 times a day so that i can pack it the night i receive it to post before work in the morning. The last bank sucked and showed me the money at 11pm making being efficient much harder.

I pack things really well, and take a lot of care. Sometimes it can be like fitting a jigsaw together. I use recycled boxes when i can, and finding the right one can be a challenge. A lot of people say i have the perfect day job for my night job. I have gotten over them calling me the box lady at work, and now i don't even have to ask. They are all so well trained, they know which boxes I like and keep them for me. I think I offer great combined postage rates that make it all worthwhile for you, after all, you should feel like you got a bargain too. I offer buy it now, rather than auction, so it is fairest all around. Remember I am in W.A. and postage times to the Eastern States is about 1 week.

If it is broken on arrival, let me know. Postage registration (insurance) takes care of that. Clickandsend now offers the online tracking for you, and you get an email to give you those details. Tupperware is so great as you can take it to your local dealer too, later on if you need to, but you are shopping here, because you already know the quality is great.

Email is best. i always respond, especially when it is sent through ebay, and not mis-interpreted as junk mail through my internet provider. If i don't respond, ebay is loosing messages too, not just the ones i can prove i sent, but the ones you sent to me, so please ask again. A lot of people in the Eastern States forget about the time difference in WA, and an early or late phone call is not great for my family life (or husband being happy). Most things can be arranged by email. Why go to the extra cost of phone calls when email is free?

I think parties are over-rated. I don't like the selling techniques used (sorry to all you dealers looking through my stuff). I think stuff should be available all the time not just seasonally (when the price is right).We should be offered a different range, with superior products that we would otherwise miss out on. Special deals come up much more often in the United States, which I try to pass onto you. I have a reputable dealer that I have trained really well (and she would agree with me). She is a mother too, so we can understand how life goes sometimes. I love the compliments that i get for the service and range. I try so hard to get right. Sometimes the family does get in the way of ebay business.

I have met a lot of nice people through doing this, but some nasty ones too. I have learned a lot, and passed a lot of knowledge on. If you want some advice, ask, if i don't know, i will ask one of my dealer friends, and no, I am not a dealer either here or in the States
