I have been selling under the name tony1kate for a couple of years and have set up Fazzas_bitz in order to focus my attention on the car parts side.

All items are carefully packed and where the value exceeds £15 recorded delivery is added at no extra cost to the buyer. I will always combine multiple purchases in order to save you money by offering a discount. Postal charges generally go by weight so the heaviest item is taken first and other items added. The new rates for UK mean that combining parcels up to 750g incurs no extra cost. The same can't be said for International parcels as the Royal Mail has increased the charges so much that my international clients have all but disappeared. International parcels can still be combined up to 2Kg so this is probably the most cost effective way to purchase items from me.

If you aren't happy with your purchase simply return it within 7 days for a full refund of the bid price. Shipping costs are only refunded in the case of faulty goods supplied - and I ALWAYS check parts on the car before listing in order to avoid this happening. If a package/item is damaged on receipt it should be refused at the door and 'returned to sender'.
