I am not responsible if the Royal Mail lose your package. I obtain proof of posting and if your item goes missing in the postal system, I am happy to file the claim with the Royal Mail and provide you with the necessary info/ copies of receipts. UK packets and parcels are not considered lost until 15 working days have passed. 25 days for overseas items.

Payment is by paypal only, I don't accept cash or cheques. No bank transfers or international money orders. I never end auction only listings for Buy it Now offers. Payment should be made within 8 days of the auction ending. I don't offer credit terms other than 8 days to pay. I aim to provide a prompt, friendly, courteous, professional and personal service and simply ask for the same in return.

I offer a postal service only, no personal collections so please don't ask to collect unless an item is listed as pick-up only as refusal often offends. I don't post everyday, but items are normally despatched within 3 working days of payment. I will only combine items at my discretion from the same week's listings. Proof of postage/ shipping is always obtained by ourselves and higher value items require a signature upon receipt to protect both parties. I will only ship to the address listed on ebay or paypal- if you want me to ship to another address then you'll have to add the delivery address to your file on ebay or paypal.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not offer a returns policy. Carefully read all listings before bidding to ensure that the item fits or is right for you. I take great trouble to process items carefully and list all measurements and flaws as thoroughly as I can. Vintage items are not perfect, most are pre-worn and gently used with unique characteristics and qualities which will be listed. If you're after pristine perfection then vintage may not be your thing and you're better off shopping on the High Street. Please be sure to check the measurements provided against an item which fits you well. I will list sizes where we can but as vintage sizes vary from decade to decade, contintent to continent, you must check the measurements provided to be sure as I will not refund if an item does not fit! If your item is returned to me uncollected from your post office I will require the postage again to resend it back to you. Sorry, but its out of my control if you're out when the postman calls....

Many recent buyers appear not to understand the concept of vintage items. I've been buying vintage since the late 1970s, so I know just a little bit by now ; ) Vintage items are used, pre-worn and simply put- old! They are not vintage-inspired mass produced chain store items and most are likely to be flawed in some way, have marks and unique characteristics. The items I send out are cleaned and processed (I don't smoke, have pets or a chip pan!) but still more often than not will have signs of wear, marks, be a little musty etc. I have all the time in the world for people who appreciate this and will always help if REAL problems occur with an item you've bought. Don't bid if you're not passionate about vintage and do not understand what vintage is all about.
