Usually all items are dispatched within 46 hours. Products are shipped to the confirmed PayPal billing address used for payment. All orders are shipped either via National Post or EMS (Express Mail Service). Tracking Number is available when the item is shipped. If you need a next-day delivery please request UPS & ask for the difference in Shipping Cost. An Invoice for the extra charges will be sent to you prior shipment. UPS requires a signature on delivery, so please always provide a TELEPHONE number. We ship via EMS - National Post Registered Mail. Item usually arrives within 2-3 working days (in EU). Combined Shipping is available UPON REQUEST & we charge by combined weight. Please do mention it in a 'NOTE' in PayPal. We reserve the right to utilize the most efficient carrier service available for your shipment. Shipping charges include postage, handling, insurance (when applicable) and fuel surcharges.

In case of ordering wrong sizing, please communicate with us FIRST. After contacting, the item may be returned to us in the Original Packaging, Unworn with Tags On within 7 (SEVEN) days from the day of delivery. Approval is required on all returns prior to shipping. You will have to use a traceable method of shipment for returns. If you need to exchange with different size, first email us to make sure the size you need is available. We cannot refund the Shipping Costs at any case, and the item is returned on buyer's expense. So, please, make sure about your sizing BEFORE ordering by using the Measuring & Sizing Charts available.
