In the unfortunate event that your item turns out to be faulty, you must inform Born Survivor Supplies immediately and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Once you have returned the item including all original packaging, and the item is found to be faulty, I will either refund you in full including your return postage costs (Royal Mail 2nd Class Packet) or dispatch you a replacement the choice is yours. If your purchase turns out to be not what you wanted you may return it.
