Geschichte/Hintergrund
AudioSpares was established in 2005 as an Internet-based Mail Order business selling audio and studio spares to sound professionals and enthusiasts. AudioSpares moved into business premises in Nottingham in 2007 and moved again in 2011 to a much larger unit in Derby. We sell to customers all over the world via eBay, our own website and other Internet channels as well as supplying trade and educational accounts.

Zahlungsbedingungen
AudioSpares prefer PayPal for purchases via eBay. Payment is due within five working days.

Versandinformationen
AudioSpares aim to ship all orders within one working day. We use Royal Mail for small/low cost orders and a number of couriers including FedEx, Parcelforce, DHL and UPS for larger orders. Postage & Packaging charges are calculated to recover the costs of packing and shipping the goods and include VAT.

Rücknahmebedingungen
14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order please advise AudioSpares by email within seven days of receipt. Goods may be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for ensuring goods are restored to AudioSpares in the original packaging and in the condition in which they were supplied. The customer is liable for postage and packaging costs unless the goods are faulty or sent in error.
